The affairs of ISEC are managed by a Committee of persons comprising representatives of National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories Limited (NFCSF) on behalf of cooperative sugar factories and Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) on behalf of other sugar factories and the Managing Director of NFCSF and Director General of ISMA as ex officio members. The Chairman of the Corporation is elected in such a way that if a member representing ISMA is the Chairman in one calendar year, the Co-Chairman shall be from NFCSF and in the next calendar year the Chairman shall represent NFCSF and the Co-Chairman shall represent ISMA. Similarly, the Managing Director of NFCSF and the Director General of ISMA acts as Member Secretary in alternate calendar years.

From 1st January, 2008 following are the chief office bearers of ISEC:

Mr. Indubhai C Patel, Executive Vice - Chairman.

Mr. Shanti Lal Jain, Member Secretary.

Mr. Vinay Kumar, Committee Member (who in alternate years acts as the Member Secretary)

Mr. Pradeep Mathur, General Manager.
